Subscription & Renewal Terms
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These terms explain recurring treatment plans purchased through Vigo MD, operated by Miles Wealth Ventures LLC. Read them with the Terms of Service, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the price and billing schedule displayed for your selected offer before you confirm.
- Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
- Your initial promotional price may differ from your renewal price.
- Monthly and daily equivalents are comparisons—not the amount or frequency of each charge.
- If treatment is not prescribed, you pay nothing for that treatment, including no consultation fee.
- Cancel before your next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. No seven-day advance notice is required.
1. Your subscription and recurring charges
When you select a subscription and confirm your order, you authorize the initial payment and subsequent recurring payments for that plan under the terms displayed at checkout. Prescription treatment remains subject to clinical approval. Review the initial amount, renewal amount, and billing interval before submitting your order.
The billing interval is the time between scheduled charges, not necessarily the number of days of medication supplied. For example, a 90-day supply may be billed every 85 days. Use the exact interval displayed for your selected offer rather than assuming a charge occurs on the same calendar date every three months.
Different plans and add-ons can have different billing and shipment schedules. Your subscription does not end automatically when the initial supply period ends. An offer expressly sold as a one-time purchase does not create recurring billing for that offer.
2. Introductory offers and comparison prices
Discounts and free-month offers apply to the period stated in the offer. Do not assume an initial promotional price repeats at renewal. The renewal amount displayed before confirmation is the applicable recurring price for the selected offer.
“Per month equivalent” and “per day” figures divide a plan’s price across its stated supply period. They do not mean that a multi-month plan is charged monthly or daily. Review the actual plan total and renewal terms before confirming.
3. Optional add-ons, including SleepE
An optional subscription added to your order has its own initial price, renewal price, supply, and billing schedule. Review those terms on the add-on page before accepting. Declining an optional offer does not enroll you in that offer. Prescription add-ons also require clinical approval.
If you have more than one subscription, specify which plan or plans you want to cancel. Do not assume cancellation of one plan cancels every subscription on your account.
4. Payment plans and wallets
If you choose Klarna, review the payment schedule, eligibility requirements, and any costs shown by Klarna before confirming. Installments for one purchase are separate from your subscription’s renewal schedule. Do not assume the same installment arrangement applies to a later renewal.
Using Apple Pay or Google Pay does not change the subscription terms displayed for your selected plan. Canceling future renewals does not, by itself, cancel any remaining installments owed for an existing purchase; applicable refunds are handled under the refund policy and payment provider’s terms.
5. Clinical review and payment authorization
Submitting an order requests clinical review; it does not guarantee a prescription. Where a temporary card authorization is used, your bank may show a pending hold for the disclosed amount before clinical approval. A pending hold is not a completed charge.
If the clinician does not prescribe the treatment, no treatment or consultation fee is retained. We release any authorization for that treatment and refund any completed charge for it without requiring a separate request. Your bank or payment provider determines when a released hold disappears or a refund appears.
6. Canceling or changing your subscription
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Use the subscription-management option provided with your order, if available, or email support@vigomd.com. To stop the next renewal, complete cancellation or have your cancellation request received before the next scheduled charge. No seven-day advance notice is required.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund an order already charged or stop an order already in fulfillment. Contact support promptly if you also want to cancel an existing order; the Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the applicable conditions.
Contact support for plan changes or a pause. Until a requested change or pause is confirmed, do not assume it has changed the next scheduled charge. Include enough information to locate your order, but do not email payment-card details.
7. Questions and related policies
If a price, renewal date, or billing schedule is unclear, contact support@vigomd.com before placing your order.
These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the terms of an order already placed.
