Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reliance on any information provided by Vigo MD, its employees, contracted providers, or other visitors to the site is solely at your own risk.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (the "Policy") governs cancellations, refunds, and returns for products and services purchased through Vigo MD, operated by Miles Wealth Ventures LLC ("Company," "Vigo MD," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any product or service from Vigo MD, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview

Vigo MD is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers and partner pharmacies. Each Vigo MD treatment plan includes (a) a clinical consultation and prescription review performed by a licensed prescriber, and (b) prescription medication dispensed and shipped by a partner pharmacy. Because these are two distinct services governed by different legal and regulatory frameworks, this Policy treats them separately.

2. Prescriber Consultation Fee

A non-refundable prescriber consultation fee of $25.00 USD is included as a component of every Vigo MD treatment plan. This fee compensates the independent licensed clinician for reviewing your intake submission, evaluating your medical history, and rendering a clinical decision regarding your eligibility for treatment. The prescriber consultation fee is earned and non-refundable at the moment the licensed clinician completes their review and renders a clinical decision, regardless of whether a prescription is ultimately issued or filled.

The prescriber consultation fee will be deducted from any refund issued under Sections 3 or 5 of this Policy.

3. Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, the fastest and preferred method is to message our team directly through your Vigo MD patient portal. If you cannot access the portal, you may also notify us in writing at support@vigomd.com. If we receive your cancellation request before the partner pharmacy has dispensed and shipped your medication, you are eligible for a partial refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable $25.00 prescriber consultation fee described in Section 2 and any non-refundable third-party fees (including, where applicable, payment-processor fees).

Cancellation requests are processed in the order received. Once the pharmacy has accepted and begun fulfillment of your prescription, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will reach the pharmacy in time to stop shipment. If shipment cannot be stopped, Section 4 applies.

4. After Shipment — No Refunds and No Returns

Once a partner pharmacy has dispensed and shipped your prescription medication, all sales are final. Vigo MD does not issue refunds, in whole or in part, for any prescription medication that has left the partner pharmacy's facility, regardless of whether the medication has been received, opened, used, or remains in its original packaging.

Vigo MD also does not accept returns of prescription medication under any circumstances. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed and has left the partner pharmacy's chain of custody, it cannot be re-dispensed, resold, or redistributed to any other patient. This restriction is required by federal and state pharmacy regulations and by health and safety standards governing the handling and storage of prescription pharmaceuticals. Returned medication must be destroyed in accordance with controlled-substance and pharmaceutical-waste protocols and has no salvage value.

This no-refund, no-return rule applies even if you (i) change your mind, (ii) experience side effects, (iii) determine the product is not right for you, (iv) fail to use the product, or (v) cancel an ongoing subscription after a refill has shipped. Your purchase of prescription medication through Vigo MD constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to this rule.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If your treatment plan is offered on a recurring subscription basis, you may cancel future refills at any time. The preferred and fastest method is to message our team or use the cancellation tools made available in your Vigo MD patient portal. You may also email support@vigomd.com if you cannot access the portal. To stop the next scheduled refill, your cancellation request must be received at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled billing or shipment date. Cancellation requests received fewer than seven (7) days before a scheduled refill may not reach the partner pharmacy in time to stop fulfillment, in which case the refill will ship and Section 4 will apply to that shipment.

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges and shipments. It does not entitle you to a refund of charges for any prior period, any prior consultation fee, or any medication that has already shipped.

6. Medical Disqualification

If the independent licensed clinician reviewing your intake determines that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment through Vigo MD and no prescription is issued, you will receive a refund of any amounts charged in excess of the non-refundable $25.00 prescriber consultation fee. This refund will be issued automatically and does not require a separate request.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, message our team through your Vigo MD patient portal (preferred) or email support@vigomd.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photographs documenting the issue. We will coordinate with the partner pharmacy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Replacements are the sole remedy for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments; cash refunds will not be issued in lieu of a replacement.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it. Vigo MD does not issue refunds by check, cash, store credit, gift card, or to any payment method other than the original payment method.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this Policy, please contact us first — either by messaging our team through your Vigo MD patient portal (preferred) or by emailing support@vigomd.com — and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in lieu of contacting us, or in connection with a charge that is non-refundable under this Policy, may result in suspension or termination of your Vigo MD account and may be referred for collection. Nothing in this Section limits any consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Promotional Pricing and Discount Codes

Refunds for orders purchased using a promotional discount, coupon, or bundled offer will be calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted list price. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Discount codes have no cash value.

11. Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes apply prospectively to orders placed after the effective date of the change and do not retroactively alter the refund terms of orders already placed.

12. Product Imagery and Packaging Variations

All product images displayed on the Vigo MD website, landing pages, advertising, and other marketing materials are provided for illustrative and marketing purposes only. The packaging artwork, container color, label design, fill quantity, tablet or capsule appearance, lozenge or chew form factor, dosage strength markings, and pharmacy branding shown in these images are representative renderings of the product category and do not constitute a guarantee that the medication you receive will be visually identical to the image shown.

The medication you receive is dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy or compounding facility partnered with Vigo MD. The physical appearance of the product, including its packaging, container, label layout, color, marking, imprint, and inactive ingredients, is determined by the dispensing pharmacy and may vary between orders, between refills, and between patients at the pharmacy's sole discretion. Differences between the marketing imagery and the medication you receive are cosmetic only, do not constitute a defect, do not affect the active ingredients or the clinical efficacy of the medication, and are not grounds for a refund or return under Sections 3, 4, 5, or 7 of this Policy.

If you receive a product whose active ingredients, prescribed dosage, or therapeutic content differs from what was prescribed to you — as distinct from cosmetic packaging differences — this would constitute a dispensing error and is covered under Section 7 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments).
