Vigo MD operates as a non-clinical technology platform that facilitates access to telemedicine services through licensed healthcare professionals. We do not employ providers or practice medicine directly. All medical decisions are made by independent, licensed physicians exercising their own clinical judgment.

Telemedicine Provider Organization

Medical services are delivered through Beluga Health, P.A., a Florida Professional Association. Board-certified physicians (MD/DO) provide consultations and prescriptions within their licensed states.

Provider Licensure

All physicians providing services through Vigo MD must be:

• Licensed to practice medicine in the patient's state of residence at the time of consultation
• Authorized to provide telemedicine services in that state
• Verified and credentialed by Beluga Health, P.A. prior to delivering services

Provider licensure is verified and maintained by Beluga Health, P.A. prior to delivering any services. All providers undergo thorough credentialing to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.

How It Works

When you complete your online health assessment through Vigo MD:

• Your information is reviewed by a licensed physician through Beluga Health, P.A.
• The physician conducts a final eligibility screening based on your health history
• If appropriate, the physician prescribes a personalized treatment plan
• Your prescription is fulfilled by a licensed, U.S.-based pharmacy
• Treatment is shipped directly to your door in discreet packaging

Pharmacy Partnerships

Vigo MD collaborates with multiple USA-certified pharmacies to ensure quality and reliability. We maintain regular communication with our pharmacy partners regarding product quality, safety, and shipping standards. All pharmacies are licensed and operate in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

• Completing an online assessment does not establish a doctor-patient relationship until a physician has reviewed your information and agreed to treat you
• Beluga Health clinicians conduct the final eligibility screening and retain full prescription authority
